Danish Tourist Visa
Danish tourist visa is granted for a short period of leisure travel and no business activities permitted.
- Fully completed visa application form for Denmark and necessary declaration
- Passport size photographs
- Valid national passport and one copy
- Original of valid visa if you are national of another country and one copy
- Your recent bank statement and one copy
- Confirmation letter from your travel health insurance stating the coverage and one copy
- Reference letter from your employer or education establishment
- Proof of group travel/ hotel reservation in Denmark / airline ticket reservation for Denmark and one copy
- Visa fees for Danish visa
Danish Business Visa
Danish business visa is for participating in short term commerce in Denmark.
- Valid passport (an additional copy) with at least 6 months validity remaining
- Fully completed Danish business visa application form
- Passport type photographs (no older than 6 months)
- Valid resident visa and one copy
- Current bank statement and one copy
- Proof of travel insurance coverage for trips and one copy
- Business references (letter from your employer, invitation from Danish company or organization)
- Proof of Danish hotel reservation and airline booking reservation for Denmark.
Other Types of Danish Visas
Danish Transit visa, is valid for 3 days or less, for transferring through port in Denmark to a third destination.
On-arrival visa for Denmark is given at a port of entry. This is different from not needing a visa at all, as the visitor sholud still get the visa before they can in fact seek to pass through immigration.
Student visa for Denmark, which permits its holder to study at an institution of higher education in Denmark.
Danish temporary worker visa, is for people to work in an organisation in Denmark.
Spousal visa or partner visa, given to the spouse, civil partner or de facto partner of a resident or Danish citizen.
Danish Marriage visa is given for a lengthy time prior to civil partnership wedding based on a proven relationship with a citizen or resident of Denmark.
